These terms apply when you book or take part in an activity with Eagle Adventure Phuket, Kathu Subdistrict, Kathu District, Phuket 83120, Thailand. By booking, you accept them on behalf of everyone in your booking.
Booking and payment
- Prices are in Thai baht and are shown before you pay. The price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.
- Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds, and we send your ticket by email.
- Please check your date, time and number of riders before paying. Each booking is for the activity, date and time shown on your ticket.
- Cancellations, changes and refunds follow our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
On the day
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your start time to check in and join the safety briefing.
- Sessions run to a schedule. If you arrive late, we will try to fit you in, but your session may be shorter or moved to a later time, depending on availability. A booking you miss is treated as a no-show.
- Please show your ticket or booking reference at check-in.
Safety rules
- Every rider must join the safety briefing, follow our staff's instructions and wear the safety equipment we provide.
- Age, height and other requirements for each activity are shown on the activity page. Our staff check them on the day.
- You must not ride under the influence of alcohol or drugs. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether you can take part safely, please ask us before booking.
- Our staff may refuse or stop a ride if a rider does not meet the requirements, ignores safety instructions or puts themselves or others at risk. In that case the ride is not refunded.
Weather and closures
Our staff decide on the day whether conditions are safe. If we close an activity because of weather, safety or a technical problem, we will move your booking to a new date or give you a full refund, as described in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Conduct and damage
- Please treat our staff, other guests and our vehicles with respect.
- You may be asked to pay for damage you cause on purpose or by clearly ignoring safety instructions.
Your safety and our liability
Go-kart, ATV and buggy riding involve physical activity and some risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, as far as Thai law allows. We maintain our vehicles and track and brief every rider to keep that risk low.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under Thai law. We are not responsible for personal belongings left unattended.
Bookings through partners and vouchers
- If you booked through a hotel, tour agent or other partner, please bring your partner voucher or booking reference.
- The partner's own terms apply to the price you paid them, and to cancellations and refunds of that payment. Our safety rules apply to every rider.
Eagle Club and Eagle Pass
Eagle Club membership is free. The Eagle Pass is a personal paid pass for the card holder only and cannot be transferred or shared. The Eagle Pass discount cannot be used on bookings made through partners.
Personal data
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes and governing law
- We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you book applies to your booking.
- These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction.
- These terms are also available in other languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
