Where is Eagle Adventure Phuket?

When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your booked time so we can check you in and give you a safety briefing.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, at least 3 days before your booking date. Within 3 days of the date a booking can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are the amount you paid minus the fees we were charged for it.
Is there a deposit? How much?
Every vehicle type carries a damage deposit per group: up to 6 vehicles ฿2,000 · 7 or more ฿4,000. Paid at the venue in cash or by bank transfer (not included in the online price). Returned in cash after the ride once the vehicles are checked and undamaged.
How early should we arrive? What if we are late?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your booked time for check-in, the safety briefing and gearing up. If you cannot make it, call 082 202 2599 or message us before your slot and we will find you a free slot, or use "Change time" on your ticket page yourself before your slot starts. Free of charge.
