Is Eagle Club free?
Yes. An Eagle Club account is free. You only pay if you choose to buy the Eagle Pass.
How do I sign up?
Tap Join free, enter your email and type the 6-digit code we send you. Your account is ready right away. Next time, sign in the same way: there is no password to remember.
I booked as a guest. Do my bookings count?
Yes. Sign up with the same email you booked with: your earlier bookings appear in your account and your completed visits count toward your tier.
How does the Eagle Pass discount work?
The card holder gets the Pass discount on their own vehicle in every booking while the Pass is valid. If you book two karts, the kart you drive is discounted and the other kart pays the normal price. Show your digital card at the counter and we confirm it's you with a code.
Can I combine the Eagle Pass with my tier discount?
Not on the same vehicle. The card holder's vehicle gets the Pass discount; the other vehicles in the same booking get your tier discount.
How do Eagle Points work?
You get Eagle Points when you buy the Eagle Pass, and they are saved in your account. Points for every ride and rewards to spend them on are coming soon.
Can I get a refund for the Eagle Pass?
No. The Eagle Pass is non-refundable once paid, so please read the conditions next to the price before you buy.
